Jordan Schlanger was born in New York into a creative family of artists, musicians, and naturalists, and started making jewelry for family members at the age of four. Now powerfully inspired by nature, Jordan draws from his years of sculpture and design to create exquisitely crafted jewelry that is meticulously engineered. He is a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and the International Jewelry Design Guild. His work appears regularly in magazines, such as Vogue and In Style, as well as in films and television productions. Each piece of his work reflects his philosophy that design is a form of communication and that jewelry is the most permanent, personal, and tactile form of design.
